Information you provide through the contact form
When you contact me through the Website, I may collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company or organisation, and the contents of your message.
I use this information to read, manage and respond to your enquiry, and to communicate with you about a possible licensing project, collaboration or other business relationship.
The legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating my business. Where your enquiry concerns a possible agreement, the processing may also be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Website and device information
When you visit the Website, technical and usage information may be collected, including your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location, referring website, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit.
Some of this information is necessary to display, operate and protect the Website. Other information is collected for analytics or marketing measurement only where you have given your consent through the cookie banner.

Squarespace
The Website is created and hosted using Squarespace. Squarespace processes technical information needed to provide, secure and maintain the Website. It also provides website analytics that help me understand general Website traffic and usage.

I use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the Website. Pinterest Tag
The Website uses the Pinterest Tag to measure visits and actions connected with Pinterest and to understand the effectiveness of my Pinterest activity. The tag may allow Pinterest to receive information such as your IP address, device and browser information, pages visited, interactions, timestamps, and cookie or similar identifiers. Pinterest may use this information in accordance with its own privacy policy, including for measurement and personalised advertising purposes.

5. Who receives your personal data?
I do not sell your personal data.
Personal data may be processed by service providers that help me operate the Website and communicate with you, including:
Squarespace, for website hosting, security, forms and analytics;
Google, for Google Analytics and email services through Google Workspace; and
Pinterest, through the Pinterest Tag.
These providers may process data as processors on my behalf and, for some of their own purposes, as independent data controllers. I may also disclose information where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
6. International data transfers
Squarespace, Google and Pinterest are international service providers and personal data may be processed outside Sweden or the European Economic Area, including in the United States.
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer must be protected by an approved legal mechanism, such as an adequacy decision, participation in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with any necessary supplementary safeguards.

7. How long I keep personal data
Contact enquiries are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and handle any resulting business relationship. Enquiries that do not lead to an ongoing business relationship are normally deleted within 12 months after the matter has been concluded, unless there is a legitimate reason or legal obligation to retain them longer.
If an enquiry leads to a contract, transaction or accounting record, relevant information may be retained for the period required by Swedish law or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Analytics and cookie data is retained according to the settings used for each service and the providers' applicable retention periods. You may withdraw your consent at any time, but this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
8. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in applicable data protection law, you may have the right to:
request access to your personal data;
ask for inaccurate or incomplete data to be corrected;
request deletion of your personal data;
request restriction of processing;
object to processing based on legitimate interests;
withdraw your consent at any time;
receive certain data in a portable format; and
lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The Website may contain links to websites or services operated by other organisations. Their handling of personal data is governed by their own privacy policies, and I am not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
